thegamingtyr4nt.com trading/transfer services will only trade/transfer Pokémon that are legally possible to be obtained in the selected game(s) you are playing.
thegamingtyr4nt.com Roblox services will only grind/unlock items to a certain extent within the possibilities of the game(s) you are playing.
By using our service, you agree to the following:
Pokémon Digital Services:
- By using thegamingtyr4nt.com (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) that you agree and fully understand that if you have selected any Customization Options for your Pokemon, they are all in line with what can be obtained within the game by normal means (such as levels, shiny, trainer name changes, or any other optional selections offered by thegamingtyr4nt.com).
- You confirm you have researched before placing your order, that any optional selections you have made are possible on your Pokemon.
- You understand the validation service provided by thegamingtyr4nt.com is not a 100% guarantee that your Pokemon can be traded or transferred, therefore you waiver my rights for any refund or exchange should the Pokemon are not able to be traded nor transferred.
- You understand that we only will provide a refund, should there be an issue with the service we have provided. This does not include issues that derive from Nintendo servers themselves, nor game updates that are made by Nintendo, that may break our trading service/transfer service. We identify any issues promptly and we will attempt to resume service as soon as we possibly can. There will be no ETA provided.
- You understand this is not an instant trading/transferring service. We aim to provide fast services however, for reasons out of our control sometimes the service may be down.
- You understand that customer error, customer remorse or the fact you may not be able to get your order instantly will not result in a refund being provided.
Roblox Digital Services:
- By using thegamingtyr4nt.com (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU MAY BE BREAKING THE OFFICIAL RULES OF THE GAME IN QUESTION AND THAT YOUR GAME ACCOUNT MAY BE TERMINATED AS A RESULT THEREOF. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF THIS WEBSITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
- We DO NOT use cheat tools to complete any of our grinding services. Roblox may suspend/Terminate accounts for reasons beyond our control. These reasons are but not limited to: inappropriate content, violating safety policies, buyers using exploits themselves or connecting into a network in which a player was using exploits and got their account ban can also ban you, and creating or using accounts to bypass bans.

thegamingtyr4nt.com com logs your IP address for all purchases, transfers, and trades for anti-fraud purposes, in the event of a chargeback. We also keep a log of each trade/transfer along with other proofs (in game chats or screenshots, chat messages from chat services like Discord, WhatsApp, etc.*, emails, text messages, etc.) which shows you participating in collecting and acknowledging your purchase.
Should you create a chargeback with your card issuer for your purchase, we will provide these logs to your card provider as evidence against your claim.
If you are an employee of Nintendo, TPC “The Pokémon Company”, GameFreak or any company affiliated with the Pokémon franchise or subsidiaries, your access rights to visit or use thegamingtyr4nt.com services or website have been revoked, and you must exit the website or service immediately.
If you are an employee of Roblox Corporation or any of its official subsidiaries, your access rights to visit or use thegamingtyr4nt.com services or website have been revoked, and you must exit the website or service immediately.
PHYSICAL ITEMS SERVICE
- Custom and Handmade Items
All physical items sold through thegamingtyr4nt.com are either custom-made, handcrafted, or personalized to meet specific requests. Due to the unique nature of these items:
– All sales are final.
– We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstance, including but not limited to:
– Ordering the wrong item
– Change of mind
– Minor cosmetic variations due to the handmade nature of the product
- Order Processing and Shipping
– Please allow adequate time for production and shipping, as processing times may vary depending on the item.
– Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
– We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier or customs.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect all items before shipment. However, if your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
To report an issue:
– Email us at info@thegamingtyr4nt.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
– We may request you to return the item before issuing a replacement (if applicable).
– Any approved replacements are issued at our discretion.
- Fraudulent Activity Warning
thegamingtyr4nt.com enforces a strict anti-fraud policy to protect our business and customers. Any attempt to commit fraud in connection with a purchase, payment, or communication will result in immediate consequences, including order cancellation, account suspension, permanent bans, and referral to legal authorities.
