The terms that apply when you use thegamingtyr4nt.com or purchase a physical item or digital service.

Using the store

These Terms apply to thegamingtyr4nt.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the website’s users and customers. By placing an order, you agree to the terms presented for that purchase. You must be able to enter into the transaction or have appropriate authorization from a parent, guardian, or other authorized purchaser.

Provide accurate order and contact information, use a payment method you are authorized to use, and keep account access secure. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit knowingly false information.

Products, pricing, and payment

Review the listing, selected variation, quantity, game, platform, region, and compatibility before purchasing. A digital service does not include a physical item unless stated. The final order total, available payment methods, applicable taxes, and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Payment-provider conversion rates or fees may apply.

If a material listing or price error affects your order, we will contact you about a correction or cancellation and refund any amount paid for an order we cannot fulfill. We will not substitute a different product or charge a higher amount without your agreement.

Digital services

Digital trades, transfers, and game services typically take 1–3 days once the order and required delivery details are available, unless a different timeframe is stated in the listing or agreed with you. Delivery may require coordination with you. These services are not instant.

Pokémon customization must be within the possibilities described for the selected game. A compatibility or validation check does not guarantee acceptance by every game, online trade system, or future update. Tell us if the delivered item or service does not match the listing so we can review the issue.

Roblox services are performed within the capabilities described in the listing. Our grinding services do not use cheat tools. You are responsible for reviewing the relevant game’s rules. Third-party game operators may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts, and we cannot guarantee their decisions or the future availability of a game feature.

Game-server outages and updates may interrupt services. We will review affected orders with you. If we cannot provide the purchased service, we will promptly approve the appropriate refund. Restrictions on change-of-mind refunds do not remove remedies for non-delivery or an incorrect service.

Physical products and delivery

Physical products may be custom-made, handcrafted, or personalized as described in the listing. Typical processing takes 1–3 days before shipping; carrier transit is additional. Any different processing timeframe will be disclosed for the item or agreed with you.

Shipping charges and supported destinations are shown at checkout. Carrier and customs estimates are not guaranteed. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will explain the delay and provide the option to agree to a revised shipping time or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund, as required by law. Returns, cancellations, and refunds

Custom physical items are final sale for change of mind, customer selection errors, and minor cosmetic variations consistent with the description. This does not exclude remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered items.

Please report damaged or incorrect physical items within 3 days of delivery where possible, with your order number and photos. This reporting request does not shorten statutory rights or deadlines. Contact us before returning an item so we can confirm the address, instructions, and return-shipping responsibility.

Digital items and services correctly delivered or performed do not ordinarily qualify for change-of-mind refunds. If we cannot fulfill an order, the appropriate refund is approved promptly. The original payment provider, bank, or card issuer controls the time needed for the credit to appear. See Returns & Refunds for the full process.

Fraud and payment disputes

Unauthorized payment methods, knowingly false claims, stolen identities, and deliberate payment fraud are prohibited. We may review, pause, or cancel suspicious orders, restrict accounts where appropriate, and share relevant evidence with payment providers or authorities when lawful.

We may retain order, IP-address, chat, trade, transfer, and delivery records to investigate disputes and demonstrate fulfillment. Information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. A genuine refund request or good-faith payment dispute is not, by itself, fraud. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from contacting your bank or payment provider or exercising legal rights.

Reviews and website content

Submit reviews and messages that reflect your experience and that you have the right to share. Do not include private information, unlawful content, threats, or material that infringes another person’s rights. By submitting a review for publication, you allow us to display it with its rating and reviewer name. We may moderate unlawful, abusive, spam, or privacy-invasive submissions.

Game names, trademarks, and third-party content belong to their respective owners. thegamingtyr4nt.com is an independent store and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak, or Roblox Corporation. Listings identify the product or service being offered; they do not grant ownership of third-party intellectual property.

Third-party services and liability

Payment providers, carriers, chat platforms, and game operators provide separate services governed by their own terms. We cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability. This does not remove our responsibility to address purchases we cannot fulfill.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not make additional warranties beyond the product description and applicable mandatory warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer guarantees.

Applicable law and policy updates

These Terms are governed by California law, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights that may apply where you live. Nothing requires you to give up a right that applicable law does not allow you to waive.

Updates will be published with a revised date. The terms presented for your purchase apply to that order; later changes do not automatically rewrite completed purchases. Where required, material changes will receive additional notice. If part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
