Physical products

Our physical products are custom-made or prepared for your order. Processing times vary by product and customization. Check the listing for its stated processing time; processing time is separate from the carrier’s transit time.

Use an accurate delivery address at checkout. Shipping options and charges are shown during checkout where available. Contact us promptly if you notice an address error; whether a change is possible depends on the order’s progress.

Tracking and delays

When tracking is available, use Track Your Order. Carrier transit and customs estimates are not guaranteed. If an order is delayed or tracking does not look right, contact us with your order number so we can help investigate.

If we cannot ship physical merchandise within the promised time, we will contact you about the revised shipping time and your option to cancel the unshipped order for a refund, as required by applicable law.

Digital delivery

Digital services and in-game items are delivered through the trade, transfer, or service described in the listing, rather than by post. These services are not instant: timing depends on coordination, availability, and game-server conditions. Follow the purchase instructions and contact us to arrange delivery when needed.

An order confirmation confirms the purchase; it does not by itself confirm that the digital service has been delivered. If you receive a completion notice but have not received your item or service, contact us with your order number.

Damaged or incorrect items

Our existing store terms ask you to report damaged or incorrect physical orders within 3 days of delivery. Email your order number and photos of the item and packaging to info@thegamingtyr4nt.com. See Returns & Refunds for the next steps. This reporting request does not limit rights available under applicable law.
